This page is for you to show others the items you have found within the holds of the Kyarra. It is also for those who are planning on diving the Kyarra to learn the type of ship she was and the cargo she carried the day she was torpedoed. If you have researched the items you have found then let others know the items story.

The Kyarra has been down a very long time but just look at the goods that are still being recovered. I just hope that the next time I dive the Kyarra some of the items below will be found by me.

Please note that if you have dial up web access the pictures may take some time to load. Please be patient. For those that want to see the images in more detail please click the images. Then use your back button to get back to site.

A big thank you goes to Mike, Skipper of Smooth Hound for supplying the pictures below and starting of this section of sskyarra.com

The images below have been supplied by Philip, they should have been added to this site long ago but due to an error by me and a loss of my laptops hard drive they have only just been added.

To find the actual ships name and makers name has to be some of the best items that I have seen to be recovered from the SS Kyarra. I am so great full to be able to include them on the site. Thank you to Philip once again.

If you would like to see pictures of your items displayed on this site please email them to me at

Please note that any items recovered from the Kyarra should legally be reported to The Receiver Of Wreck. I have included a link here to the web site.
